The Fergana Oil Refinery is one of the leading enterprises for the production of fuels and lubricants in the Central Asian region, which operates 35 technological units for the production of almost the entire range of oil products existing in oil refining. The total budget for the reconstruction of existing and construction of new production facilities is estimated at US $ 300 million.
In 2020 – 2023 it is planned to perform a set of works on engineering, procurement construction and commissioning of new installations and processes for producing highly concentrated hydrogen, isomerization of light naphtha and hydrocracking of vacuum distillates.
