For the purposes of improving the system for providing aviation fuel to aircraft, stimulation of interest of foreign airlines in operating flights through the airports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 15, 2019" was passed, which provides for the construction of a modern refueling complex for servicing aircrafts at the international airport of Tashkent city.
The fundamental condition for the implementation of the project is to attract funding from various sources. Within the framework of the project, Legal Aspect is responsible for negotiating on behalf of the client with banks on attracting credit lines, and rendering legal support for closing of relevant loan agreements as well as monitoring the legal aspects of their execution. In addition, we provide support to the client in his interaction with foreign shareholder on attracting of foreign direct investment for the construction of the complex.
