Gas Project Development Central Asia AG (GPD) - company specializes in the development and financing of natural gas projects in Central Asia, as well as in the marketing of produced natural gas to export markets.
Since 2015, Legal Aspect has been providing legal support for GPD's activities on natural gas production projects in Central Asia and its subsequent implementation.
Legal Aspect specialists took an active part in the development and conclusion of the PSA for the investment block "Uzbekiston Mustakilligi", and also carry out the following services on a regular basis:
- ongoing legal support of GPD's operational activities related to the project, including corporate governance issues, execution of minutes of the board of directors;
