Nigora is a professional with more than 15 years of experience. Nigora specializes in support of transactions related to project financing and has extensive experience in the field of corporate and contract law in the oil and gas industry. She is fluent in English and Russian.

• Advising on various corporate and contract law issues, including petroleum product supply contracts, hydrocarbon processing contracts, commission contracts for sale of gas, contracts for lease of movable and immovable property in fields, oilfield services contracts as well as term sheets, common terms agreements, loan agreements with banks and financial institutions, insurance documents (insurance deed / reinsurance deed), and EPC contracts.
• Comprehensive legal support of:
  • construction and operation of the Uzbekistan-China gas pipeline with an investment volume of more than USD 3 billion;
  • Construction of the Ustyurt Gas Chemical Complex on the Surgil deposit for the total amount of investments of more than USD 2 billion.
• Currently Nigora is actively involved in the implementation of the following major investment projects:
  • Geological exploration at the investment blocks of Sachankul, Akdzhar and Chimbay, development of Urga deposits, Akchalak and Chandir groups;
  • Programs on hydrocarbon raw material increase for 2017-2021.
