JV "Ceramic Bricks" LLC is a modern brick factory that produces 63 thousand tons of ceramic products per year, where high-tech production lines from Italian, Spanish and Japanese manufacturers are used.
Our team provides legal support for the plant's activities from the period of its construction. Currently, we provide legal support for the activities of JV Ceramic Bricks LLC at the local and international level.
Prior to the commissioning of the plant, Legal Aspect specialists successfully settled all legal issues related to:
- Interaction with government agencies on the issues of registration of permits related to the construction of an industrial complex, including state acceptance of the facility;

Expertise and support of documentation related to the register of the title rights for the production complex;

Legal support of relations with investors (banks, equity participants, etc.);

Preparing expert opinions regarding potential investment risks during the project implementation.
Currently Legal Aspect is responsible for:

Compliance and corporate governance issues including convocation, holding and registration of decisions of meetings of governing bodies;
