Victoria specializes in corporate governance issues including organizing and holding meetings of participants / members of the Supervisory Board / Board of Directors, registration of in-person and absentee voting. Significant experience of Victoria is associated with the registration of intellectual property rights and other issues related to IP law.

• Organization of the procedure for convening and holding meetings of participants, members of the Supervisory Board of companies in agricultural and oil and gas industries, optimization of corporate governance procedures in companies, organization and maintenance of the electronic document management system.
