For the purposes of improving the system for providing aviation fuel to aircraft, stimulation of interest of foreign airlines in operating flights through the airports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 15, 2019 was passed, which provides for the construction of a modern refueling complex for servicing aircrafts at the international airport of Tashkent city.

As part of the project for the construction of a modern refueling complex for servicing aircraft at the Tashkent international airport, the specialists of Legal Aspect, in addition to attracting financing, provide legal support in the following areas:

• current legal support of operational activities, including corporate governance issues, contractual and other legal work;
• protecting the interests of the project operator in relations with third parties, including government agencies;
• registration of a concession for the land allocated for the project.

Gas Project Development Central Asia AG (GPD) - company specializes in the development and financing of natural gas projects in Central Asia, as well as in the marketing of produced natural gas to export markets.

Since 2015, Legal Aspect has been providing legal support for GPD's activities on natural gas production projects in Central Asia and its subsequent implementation.

Legal Aspect specialists took an active part in the development and conclusion of the PSA for the investment block "Uzbekiston Mustakilligi", and also carry out the following services on a regular basis:

• ongoing legal support of GPD's operational activities related to the project, including corporate governance issues, execution of minutes of the board of directors;

• ensuring the contractual and legal work of GPD within the project;

• representing GPD's interests in relations with third parties, including government agencies.
