• Legal support of the corporate governance issues, in particular, preparation of resolutions of governing bodies;

• Ensuring the observance of the interests of the shareholders in the process of preparation and execution of the concluded agreements;

• Consulting on legal issues, protecting the interests of the company in relations with third parties, including government agencies;

• Pre-trial settlement of disputes, protection of ERIELL's interests in courts.

Gas Project Development Central Asia AG (GPD) - company specializes in the development and financing of natural gas projects in Central Asia, as well as in the marketing of produced natural gas to export markets.

Since 2015, Legal Aspect has been providing legal support for GPD's activities on natural gas production projects in Central Asia and its subsequent implementation.

Legal Aspect specialists took an active part in the development and conclusion of the PSA for the investment block "Uzbekiston Mustakilligi", and also carry out the following services on a regular basis:

• ongoing legal support of GPD's operational activities related to the project, including corporate governance issues, execution of minutes of the board of directors;

• ensuring the contractual and legal work of GPD within the project;

• representing GPD's interests in relations with third parties, including government agencies.
