Dmitry Pak is a lawyer with 17 years of experience in corporate and civil law, as well as legal support for the activities of commercial organizations and large investment projects in the the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad in the agricultural sector. Dmitry specializes in legal support of the process of obtaining agricultural. subsidies and interaction with government agencies.

• Legal support for the activities of a large Group of companies in the Republic of Uzbekistan for the production of natural juices and nectars, including registration, reorganization and liquidation of the Group's companies, and contractual issues.
• Advising a private investor in the framework of the project for the construction of a greenhouse complex for the production of various vegetables with a total area of 100 hectares in the Tula region of RF. Investment volume: 340 million USD.
• From 2013 to the present, legal support of an investment project for the creation and operation of a large poultry complex for growing broilers and processing full-cycle meat with a production volume of up to 51 thousand tons of meat per year in the Tula region, RF, including on issues of attracting financing through Russian banks. Investment volume: more than USD 100 million.
• Advising investors in the framework of a project for the creation and operation of a feed mill with a production capacity of 40 tons per hour in the Tula region, RF, including support of an agricultural company for the cultivation of grain and oilseeds, to meet the needs of the feed mill. Investment volume: over USD 32 million.
