A lawyer with 17 years of work experience, he specialized in the field of enforcement of judicial acts and acts of other authorities. In this field, he worked most of the time in the management departments of the republican, regional and district levels. He was involved in the development of regulatory legal acts, specializing in the organization, improvement and coordination of the activities of state executors. He worked as Chief Inspector of the Department for the Enforcement of Economic Court Decisions, head of the inquiry Sector, and head of the district Bailiff Department. He holds a number of certificates from the Advanced Training Center for Lawyers under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

After working in the field of enforcement, he continued his activities in the field of legal support for business entities, participated in the reorganization (merger) of a joint-stock company into a limited liability company, had experience in personnel administration, and holds a certificate of completion
For more than five and a half years, he worked as a judge of the civil court, having high performance and fulfilling all the tasks assigned by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Courts", the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other regulatory legal acts.

He has a number of certificates for advanced training at the Higher School of Judges at the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
He holds a certificate from Lomonosov Moscow State University on high-level knowledge of the Russian language.
