He provides legal support for company registration and re-registration, and advises on the structuring and implementation of complex commercial transactions. His practice is particularly focused on the oil and gas industry, where he has successfully supported major contracts in the field of natural resource extraction. Amir delivers strategic, practice-oriented legal solutions tailored to the specifics of various industries and client needs.

• Legal support for large-scale investment projects in the oil and gas sector in Uzbekistan and abroad;
• Advising on investment agreements, risk identification and assessment;
